Lamour Spa – Policies & Terms

 

1. Medical Products – No Returns

All medical-grade products are non-refundable.

Once purchased, they cannot be returned under any circumstance.

2. Cosmetic Products – Exchanges Only

Cosmetic skincare products may be exchanged only, within 7 days of purchase,

and only if the product is unopened, unused, and in original condition.

*No cash refunds

To ensure fairness, hygiene, and compliance with our business policies, please review and acknowledge the following terms before purchasing any services or products.

1) ALL SALES ARE FINAL — NO REFUNDS

All purchases made at our spa are final.

We do not offer refunds under any circumstances for:

  • Spa treatments or services (single sessions or packages)
  • Memberships or promotional offers
  • Retail products, skincare, or home-use devices

2) EXCHANGES / STORE CREDIT (WITHIN 14 DAYS ONLY)

We may allow an exchange or store credit within 14 days of the original purchase date, subject to management approval and the conditions below:

✅ Exchange or store credit may be used toward:

  • A different treatment or service
  • A different retail product

 

3) CONDITIONS FOR EXCHANGE / STORE CREDIT

 

To qualify for an exchange or store credit:

  • Request must be made within 14 days of purchase
  • Proof of purchase is required (receipt or transaction record)
  • Products must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging
  • Gift cards are non-refundable and non-exchangeable

4) EXCEPTIONS

 

 

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept exchanges for:


  • Opened or used products
  • Customized treatments
  • Services already performed
  • Discounted / clearance items (if applicable)
