Lamour Spa – Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Lamour Spa.

This Shipping Policy outlines how we process, ship, and deliver all orders placed through our spa or online store.

1. Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
  • Processing time does not include shipping time.

 

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

We offer the following shipping options:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
  • Express Shipping: 1–3 business days
  • International Shipping: Delivery times vary by destination

Shipping times begin after the order has been processed.

 

3. Shipping Rates

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and shipping method.
  • Free shipping promotions may be offered periodically.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email or text message containing a tracking number.

Tracking updates may take up to 24–48 hours to appear.

5. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Lamour Spa is not responsible for:


  • Delays caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses
  • Lost packages due to address errors provided by the customer

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for reshipping fees.

 

6. Shipping Medical Devices & High-Value Items

For medical-grade devices or high-value items:

  • A signature may be required upon delivery.
  • Additional insurance may be applied for secure shipping.

7. Lost, Damaged, or Missing Packages

If your package is:

  • Marked as delivered but not received
  • Lost in transit
  • Delivered damaged

Please notify us within 48 hours.

We will assist with filing a claim with the carrier, but Lamour Spa is not liable for carrier errors or lost/stolen packages.

8. International Shipping (If Applicable)

International customers are responsible for:


  • Customs fees
  • Import duties
  • Taxes
  • Delays caused by customs or local postal services

These are not included in our shipping rates.

9. Returns & Exchanges (Important)

Please refer to our Return & Exchange Policy.

Note that:

  • Medical products cannot be returned.
  • Cosmetic products may be exchanged only within 7 days if unopened.
  • Warranty exchanges may require an additional handling fee.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.
