Lamour Spa – Terms of Service

Welcome to Lamour Spa. By booking an appointment, purchasing a service, or purchasing any product from our spa, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

 

1. General Policy

Lamour Spa provides cosmetic, wellness, and beauty services.

Services are performed by licensed professionals where required by Florida law.

Customer satisfaction is important to us, and we aim to deliver a high-quality experience.

2. Appointments & No-Show Policy

  • All appointments must be secured with a valid credit card.
  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to the appointment time will be charged a cancellation fee of 100% of the service cost.
  • No-show clients will be charged the full amount of the scheduled treatment.
  • Late arrivals of more than 10 minutes may result in shortened service time or rescheduling, with applicable fees.

3. Refunds, Returns & Exchanges

Medical Products – No Returns

All medical-grade products are final sale and non-refundable.

Cosmetic Products – Exchanges Only

Cosmetic products may be exchanged within 7 days, only if:


  • Unopened
  • Unused
  • In original packaging
    No refunds are offered on cosmetic products.

Warranty Exchanges

Any product replaced under warranty will incur an additional service/handling fee.


4. Payments

  • We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and approved financing options.
  • All payments for services are due at the time of service.
  • Prices may change without prior notice.

 

5. Results Disclaimer

Individual results vary based on skin type, lifestyle, and treatment consistency.

Lamour Spa does not guarantee specific outcomes, and clients acknowledge that aesthetic services may produce different results for each individual.

6. Health & Consent

  • By receiving any treatment, clients confirm they have disclosed all relevant medical information, allergies, medications, or conditions.
  • Certain treatments may require medical clearance or service by licensed medical personnel.
  • Clients must be 18 years or older unless accompanied by a legal guardian.


7. Liability Waiver

Clients agree that Lamour Spa is not liable for:


  • Pre-existing conditions
  • Reactions due to undisclosed allergies or medications
  • Unrealistic expectations
  • Failure to follow aftercare instructions

 

8. Photography & Media

Before-and-after photos may be taken for treatment tracking.

We will never publish client photos without written consent.

9. Gift Cards & Packages

  • Gift cards are non-refundable.
  • Packages are non-transferable and expire after 12 months, unless otherwise stated.

 

 

 

10. Right to Refuse Service

 

Lamour Spa reserves the right to refuse service to anyone displaying inappropriate behavior, being under the influence, or failing to follow spa rules.

 

 

 

11. Agreement

 

By visiting Lamour Spa or booking any service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms of Service.


12.⁠ ⁠SMS Messaging Terms
By providing your mobile number and opting in, you consent to receive SMS messages from Lamour Spa related to appointment reminders, confirmations, service updates, and promotional offers. Message frequency may vary.

Age Requirement
SMS services are intended for individuals 18 years of age or older.

Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan.

You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP. For assistance, reply HELP or contact us directly.

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
